VELOBerlin brings bicycle exhibitions, test rides, stage events and racing to Berlin’s former Tempelhof Airport. The 2027 festival takes place on 10–11 April, using Hangar 5 and the outdoor grounds.
Two days at Tempelhof
The exhibition, testing and festival programme run from 10:00 to 18:00 on both days. Saturday Night continues until 22:00 with cinema and dancing; entry is free from 17:00 on Saturday.
Tickets and test rides
A day ticket covers one visit on either day; leaving the grounds ends its validity. A festival ticket covers both days. Tickets can be shown digitally or printed, and visitors entitled to free admission still need a ticket.
Test rides and guided rides require a completed liability declaration. Bring any documents needed to claim discounted or free admission.
Getting to the festival
The landside entrance is at Hangar 5, Tempelhofer Damm 45; cyclists and pedestrians can also enter from Tempelhofer Feld. The organiser recommends cycling or public transport because there is no general event car park.
Entrances are at ground level, with wheelchair-accessible cable ramps and outdoor accessible toilets. Dogs and other pets are not permitted.
