Velo Days brings bicycle products and cycling communities together in Warsaw. Organized by Paweł Kuflikowski and Paweł Cyburt, the fair returns to Hala B for its second edition on 5–7 March 2027.

A fair for cyclists and the industry

Velo Days presents bicycles, components, accessories and clothing through manufacturers and distributors. Its organizer describes a mix ranging from international companies to boutique businesses and small local workshops, with opportunities to speak to people working in cycling.

The first edition in 2026 combined an industry day with public weekend days. The organizer’s 2026 exhibitor catalogue listed more than 50 exhibitors and over 100 brands. It is a useful picture of the inaugural fair, although it should not be treated as the exhibitor list for 2027.

Dates, hours and registration

The organizer lists the 2027 fair from Friday 5 March to Sunday 7 March. Opening hours are 10:00–17:00 on Friday, 10:00–18:00 on Saturday and 10:00–17:00 on Sunday. Online registration is required.

The event website also invites visitors to sign up for updates and distinguish their interest in the Friday industry day or the weekend open days. Check the organizer’s current information before travelling, particularly for registration and the detailed programme.

Talks and community rides

The inaugural 2026 programme extended beyond the exhibition stands. It included a Friday night gravel ride, road and gravel coffee rides, and presentations on subjects including bikepacking, bike fitting and long-distance racing.

ETNH’s report on the first edition describes the fair as a place for conversations and meetings within the cycling community. Consult the 2027 programme when planning to join a ride or attend a particular presentation.

The Warsaw venue

The organizer names Hala B in Warsaw as the venue for 2027. For the first edition, BikeBiz identified the venue as Hala B MZA at Włościańska 52, near Marymont metro station. Confirm the current access and arrival details with the organizer when planning a visit.
