COREbike is an industry-only house show at Whittlebury Hall on 21–23 February 2027. It is intended for approved cycle retailers, workshops and cycling press, with attendance controlled through exhibitor approval.
Who can attend
Every visitor must be approved by at least one COREbike exhibitor. The show is closed to the general public.
Suppliers, event staff and other industry organisations do not have an automatic invitation. They must arrange a meeting with an exhibitor and ask that exhibitor to request their addition to the organiser’s guest list.
Pre-registration and approval
The organiser strongly recommends pre-registering. Acceptance is confirmed by email and may take several days. Visitors who have not pre-registered may be refused admission.
Pre-registration closes at 18:00 on Friday 19 February 2027. Approved pre-registered retailers and press are offered a complimentary lunch on their selected attendance day.
Selecting attendance days
The registration form collects business and attendee details and lets visitors choose Sunday, Monday or Tuesday attendance. Lunch slots are allocated in twenty-minute intervals to reduce congestion.
